Moshe Toiv is the founder and CEO of Toiv Companies. Moshe’s journey in the real estate industry began at the age of 19 in a real estate financing firm. Driven by a passion for problem solving and a desire to grow , he immediately rose through the company ranks and played an integral part in the company’s growth for the next few years. During these years he learnt the ins and outs of the NYC real estate market and worked with high level real estate industry professionals which allowed him to obtain perspective and experience in an industry that would typically take decades. Since becoming a full time real estate investor, Moshe has established himself as an up-and-coming figure in the NYC real estate industry, best known for his astute business acumen, and attention to detail.
